We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and our scheduling, we have established the following policy: Appointments require a non-refundable $15 deposit that will deducted from your total. 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. 2. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. In this case, a no-show fee of 25% of your total service amount will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. After three no-show occurrences, clients will be unable to rebook future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process for all clients.
